Shipping Policy

United Supply Goods ships to all 50 U.S. states. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service level are determined by package weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected items. Free shipping may be available on orders over a qualifying threshold, which will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier capacity and weather conditions.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package status. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
